PROJECT ONE ST THOMAS

This client's luxury condo in the heart of Yorkville was a wonderful opportunity to renovate their kitchen. We kept the same footprint but replaced all the cabinetry with custom millwork. We also replaced all the appliances, lighting, breakfast nook, window coverings and flooring. The kitchen included specialty elements such as a pull-out coffee station, spice drawer, built-in paper towel rack, four-bin garbage disposal, a two-tier swing tray organizer, oil cabinet, wine holder, and tray compartment. LED strip lighting and a touchless faucet. We also created a beautiful waterfall island with the same porcelain as the countertop and backsplash.
